To reset your Password / PIN, please follow the below steps :
On the app, to reset your PIN, click on Forgot? and select a PIN number between 4-6 digits. Make sure you note down this PIN somewhere to easily access the EVA device next time.
- Please Make sure the phone is connected to wifi & airplane mode is off.
- Please make sure that you are typing your password in a case sensitive way.
Still having issues? Are you sure you have the correct password? If you’d like to reset it, please go to portal.mobileodt.com and choose “forgot password”. Enter the email associated with your username and a password reset email will be sent.
