⇒ Syncing issues are linked to internet connectivity. Do you have a stable internet connection in your location? If you do, please notice the following:
- Is the phone connected to the internet? If not, connect to Wifi
- Is airplane mode on? If yes, turn it off.
- Is the app updated? To check, Go to Mass360 > App catalog > EVA System app > Press “update” in that options appears.
⇒ If you don’t, you can insert a SIM card with a data plan to the EVA phone.
