Editing Patient Information on the Web Portal


If you would like to edit the information in a patient case, you can easily do by following these steps.

Please note: this feature must be turned-on for your user, so if you would like to utilize it please contact support@mobileodt.com

1. Click on the pencil icon next to any of the text blocks in the patient case.


2. Enter the corrected information and click “save.”

3. If you would like to edit one of the fields in a certain block:
– Click on the pencil icon next to the header of the block
– Hover over the patient field you would like to update and click on the pencil icon.
– Edit the information.
– Click on save at the top of the block.
